POWERHOUSE vocalist, songwriter, front woman and pianist Izzy Losi and her band The Auracles will be bringing genuine storytelling and fine musicianship to Heathcote this long weekend.
The band will perform at A Mid-winter’s Night at Munari Wines, on Saturday.
Izzy said she can’t wait to get to Heathcote to meet the locals and enjoy the long weekend.
‘‘We travelled to Bendigo in 2017 to promote our EP, The Only Constant is Change,’’ Izzy said.
‘‘There we met an awesome community of music lovers. I was stoked to be asked to come back up to Central Victoria to perform a headline show at Munari Wines.
‘‘We’ll be playing songs from our latest release as well as some brand new unreleased material.
‘‘I have seen my songs take people back to their youth, reconnecting with bands once long forgotten, but whom they clearly loved.
‘‘To see people’s faces light up, close their eyes and escape reality for just a moment, is something that I absolutely love about playing live music.
‘‘It actually makes me pretty emotional when I can see people connecting with my songs like that. That’s the reason I do music. To share with others and hopefully make them feel good.’’
